All orders are made upon request. It takes 4-6 weeks for delivery once an order is placed online. Upon shipment we email the tracking information to get an up-to-date status.

Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, ARZU Online. Do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

Yes, you can cancel. Please make sure to contact us within 24 hours of placing an order and we will refund your money.

All orders are made to fit your needs. If you change your mind, we offer cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours of placing an order, we offer no refunds.

On shipment, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email. You can follow the link for up-to-date status.

We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged, you may get it exchange. Email us at orders@arzuonline.com for exchange approval. Our team will review the damage, once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

We accept all major cards (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit,) and also accept PayPal payments. All options are displayed upon checkout.
